WELLNESS: My Small But Mighty Garden
Back in May I played in the dirt and dug up some space in my small garden to plant four different types of vegetables - Roma tomatoes, Cherry Tomatoes, Zucchini and Mild Hungarian Peppers.
In June things started taking off. But my pepper plant still looks small.
It's now July and my crops are growing pretty good. The tomatoes and zucchini and growing like crazy but still my pepper plant is still so small. Any thoughts on what I might be doing wrong? Last year I tried green peppers and those didn't turn out either. I'm wondering it the zucchini is just taking over the space so it can't grow.
It's so exciting to see the zucchini flowers so large and little tomatoes starting to shape. Looking forward to my harvest and at least some zucchini and tomatoes.
When that happens I will have to share a few zucchini recipes. Can't wait to make zucchini bread, zucchini casserole and Italian zucchini and eggs.
Any ideas as to why I'm just not having any luck with my peppers I'd love to know. Comment below.
