WELLNESS: Fall Scents
It's September and even though Fall is not until September 22nd I can't help but get a little excited when Labor Day Weekend comes to a close, especially when Fall is my most favorite time of all.
Yep, I'm a lover of Fall, crisp air, falling leaves, vibrant colors, apples, sweaters, flannel shirts, football, boots, chili, and all the wonderful scents!
Speaking of wonderful scents ... With daylight shining less and less as the Fall days pass by, I am a lover of burning candles and the fall scents can be pretty spectacular. There is something about the crisp smell of Fall, a cool dark evening and the flicker of a candle that is so good for my mind and spirit.
I have heard the arguments about burning paraffin candles and how they may be toxic for you. Various studies seem to contradict one another. So I will burn them less often and as an alternative I will also diffuse some essential oils.
I created a piece that has some wonderful mixture suggestions. I thought I'd pass them along so you might enjoy them as well this Fall season.
Enjoy and pumpkin spice cheers to you!
